iCan Bike - Midland

Please arrow over to the month of June to find available sessions.

• Able to attend an entire 90 minute session, PREFERABLY at the same time for each of the 5 days of camp. (Includes 15 minutes of pre-session meeting/training)
• Able to provide physical, emotional and motivational support to assigned rider.
• Able and willing to get some exercise (light jogging/running) with great emotional rewards
• At least 15 years old (unless acompanied by an adult)

 

Training will be provided at Midland Evangelical Free Church in room 301 on June 14th at 1:00pm-2pm OR June 14th at 5:30pm-6:30pm. Please verify the time you will be attending with Rachel at 989-631-4439 ext. 109 or baker@thearcofmidland.org. This is your chance to learn more about the process of being a volunteer at bike camp.  

No experience of working with individuals with an intellectual/developmental disability is required.
If you are registering as a large group for a single day, our greatest need is on Friday, then Thursday.
We need runners, cheerleaders, traffic control, sibling support and more.
Please consider those days first.
