While the brain is an organ, it can profit from exercise similarly to a muscle. We can literally practice our way to a calmer, happier brain. By working our brain, we may receive benefits to our entire body - lower blood pressure, calmer responses to emotional upsets, a generally happier outlook on life, an improvement in our general well-being. The practice of mindfullness does not take a lot of time, any special equipment or any specific place. Mindfulness comes in many forms so you are likely to find one you want to do.

- Explore a multitude of ways to bring mindfulness into your daily life, including during work meetings and routine activities like eating, walking and being in nature.
